The four-time Super Saiyajin is an original design of the Dragon Ball Super artist Toyotaro. It comes from the controversial anime Dragon Ball GT. Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama hardly had any influence on GT.

The appearance of the four-time Super-Saiyajin is characterized by black long hair, the possession of a monkey tail, red-bordered, blue eyes and red body hair.

At Vegeta, too, the condition for this form is the transformation in the military monkeys. As soon as Vegeta turns into the military monkeys using Bulma's invention “Blutz Wave”, he loses control of himself like Son Goku. He attacks Son Goku and comes back to reason after a short time, which turns Vegeta into four times Super-Saiyajin and fights against Omega Shen Long on the side of Goku.

Important note:In Dragon Ball, Vegeta has never lost control compared to Son Goku in his military monkeys. In Dragon Ball GT it is different, which contradicts the canonical incidents in Dragon Ball Z.
