In the past few weeks there have been a lot of rumors about a remake of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, which according to some insider reports could have even been available in early April. Nothing came of it, but we really don't have to be patient for a long time.

The younger insider reports seem to be confirmed that the new version of the role-playing epic apparently will actually be released by Shadow Drop in the next week from April 21, 2025. With Jeff Grubb, one of the most renowned industry experts and leaves ever reports. An official announcement - naturally with a planned Shadow Drop - is initially pending.

Contrary to earlier reports, it will not be a large remake of the role-playing play hit. Because: A picture of the supposed cover has also been leaked. As a rule, the revision in a remaster is always somewhat less extensive than in a full remake. The concrete improvements therefore remain to be seen.
