Quite a few developers get contemplative at Christmas and organize Christmas events in their games. Shift Up is no exception and makes Stellar Blade shine like Christmas.
Christmas at Stellar Blade. No, not a joke. Shift Up wants to launch a Christmas event in the action game today. Xion should be heavily redecorated and of course a corresponding outfit for Eve should not be missing - of course with an unchristian little amount of material.
A colorful Christmas tree brightens up Xion, transforming the once cold town square into a cozy, festive place with warm lights and decorations. The Last Gulp, where the citizens of Xion gather after peace is restored, is also decorated for the holidays. There is also a new mini-game in which you can get various rewards.
A lot is also happening in terms of clothing. The Playstation blog says: "The Santa dress for Eve is designed for an enchanting and festive appearance. The I'm No Santa costume for Adam has a humorous touch. Complete the look with the Santa girl hairstyle and personalize it with accessories like snow crystal glasses, wreath earrings and sleigh earrings." A Rudolph pack as a cosmetic for the drone is also a must.
A small addition to the settings is also included. An on/off function has been newly added for NieR:Automata's seasonal events and DLC content. Well, let's go to the Christmas Stellar Blade and don't let Eve's new look distract you too much.
In the meantime, we're still waiting to see whether Stellar Blade will come to the PC next year. The decision has not yet been made.
Stellar Blade is getting a new DLC all about NieR: Automata.
