Magic tree or anomaly?
The reference in question is hidden in the swamps, a particularly inhospitable region in Stalker 2 that you visit primarily as part of the main quest. On a large tree, a pasture, in the northeast of the swamps you discover a badly damaged car:

A car that ended up in a pasture under mysterious circumstances? Stalker 2 clearly alludes to Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Here Harry and Ron travel to Hogwarts in a flying car.
Not only do they almost get run over by the Hogwarts Express, but unfortunately they also end up in a Whomping Willow. In the world of magicians, this is a kind of living tree that actively defends itself against troublemakers. In the film, the two magic students and the car manage toto escape the tree. But in Stalker 2 they apparently had less luck.
The tree itself is harmless to you in Stalker 2. Unlike in Harry Potter, he doesn't hit you with his branches. On the other hand, the gravitational anomalies around the car can definitely harm you. Maybe they are also responsible for the vehicle ending up in the tree.
There are even more Easter eggs hidden in Stalker 2's 64 square kilometer open world, and certainly not all of them have been discovered yet. You can discover mousepads that feature artwork from Cossacks 3, an earlier game from the Stalker developers.
Another allusion to the real world are the energy drinks, which are apparently very popular with stalkers. In fact, this is a real existing brand that is even manufactured in Ukraine.
