Pokémon TCG Pocket: Over 80 new cards, including 5 new EX and Mew, new booster revealed

Pokémon TCG Pocket has been the hot new thing on many smartphones for just over a month. Shortly after its release, the app for collecting and fighting with Pokémon cards recorded several million downloads and many young and old fans of the pocket monsters.

And as is always the case with new and popular games, shortly after their release the hunger for new content and updates grows with each passing day. Shortly after their release, there was already talk about possible new booster packs on social media.Now there is finally solid information.

New boosters will be released on December 17th

AmDecember 17th, so a few days after the announcement and before Christmas, new cards will be added to the app. Under the main topicMythical IslandThe teaser already reveals some new cards. You can watch the 55 seconds here:

Noticeable on the cover and probably one of the rare cards in the deck will be Mew EX.Currently you can only get the legendary Pokémon (and without EX) if you have collected all of the currently available cards. That will change from December 17th.

We are also already seeing some possible full-art cards (i.e. cards whose illustration covers the entire card). These include Kleoparda, Amphira, Moruda and Aquana. There should also be new EX cards (i.e. particularly strong cards for combat), such as Mew or Aerodactyl.

According to the YouTube description it willover 80 new mapsexactly, including 5 new EX cards, 5 new trainer cards and more of the very popular immersive cards. It is still unclear whether all of this will be found in one booster or whether there will be a total of three boosters as before.

You made Psychic decks even stronger?! it says, for examplein the X comments under the announcement. Until now, players with MewTwo-EX cards have been particularly feared in PvP battles due to their strength. So you can imagine how dangerous these players could become in the future.

Others write that they are still trying to complete their deck with the current boosters or that they are now starting to pick up their hourglasses. Otherwise there is still a lot of love for the individual cards.
