Down to the Detail - In episode 3 of the Blade Runner analysis, McCoy is hot on the heels of the replicants

The Down to the Detail team embarks on their first major chase to stop the fugitive replicants.

Blade Runner didn't just cause a stir on the big screen. An adventure also once delighted many PC gamers.

The Down to the Detail team is serious. After things were comparatively quiet in the first two episodes, the podcast investigators are now on the trail of the fugitive replicants. The finale of this episode is tough because... oh, we won't tell you that at this point!

What is episode 3 about?McCoy is hot on the trail of the fugitive replicants...perhaps too close.

The trail leads into DNA Alley to eye designer Hannibal Chew and from there further into the old Bradbury Building to one of Tyrell's most important employees, JF Sebastian.

The door is open, the living quarters are deserted, but something flits through the shadows and it's not Sebastian's robot toys. We chase the intruders to the roof. Here, however, McCoy has to admit defeat to his overwhelming opponents and question his entire existence.

In the clutches of the replicants, the seeds of doubt are planted in our protagonist's head before he can escape and his cards are reshuffled.

Was ist Down to the Detail? The podcast mini-series was recorded by Marius, Fabian and RingoDown to the Detail, probably the most detail-obsessed retro podcast in headphone history. The three love to dive deep into games and extract every detail from them - especially PC classics that have been somewhat forgotten over the years.
