ThatIf possible, try to recreate the real Middle Ages as much as possible is no secret. However, it should also be clear to everyone that Warhorse bends the real story a little in many places in favor of their game.
However, Heinrich's history should not change the course of the true conflict between Siegismund and his brother Wenzel. But that does not mean that it is not possible anyway! As a fan found on Redditcan change the further course of the story with just one action and bring about an early game. Only this is quite abrupt and does not go out well for Heinrich either.
We explain here how to ring this unusual game. But be careful! If you haven't played the main story to the quest "Das Königsgambit",there are small spoilers here.
This is how you change the story (spoiler)
So that you can change the further course of the story, you have to firstThe royal gambit
sneak up as a service boy at the meeting of the city council. Here it is Heinrich's task to give the high men's wine as a Mundschenk and occasionally listen to a few more worries. Above all, King Sigismund should also appear later.
As Heinrich, you can walk around in the Council chamber as well as on the premises nearby during the council meeting. However, you have to be careful not to miss the questions of the councilors, otherwise Heinrich will be thrown out at some point.
At some point one of the councilors asks to get a chalice from his study. If you do that, you can see a desk in the same room as the chalice on the south wall and some scrolls on it.A dagger is hidden in one of the scrolls!
Since Heinrich are removed from all weapons before the session, you have to take this dagger to you and equip it. After that, you can continue to work as a Mundenschen. At some point the scene changes and you will play as a Godwin, who is at a meeting of Wenzel's followers in Raborsch. Here you can simply play the quest, you don't have to pay attention to anything.
When the section is over with Godwin, you will switch to Heinrich again. Sigismund is now present and is very compressed by the council. As soon as Sigismund dissolves the council,If he stays with two guards, Markvart and Heinrich alone in the room- This is your opportunity!
If you have the dagger, you can sneak behind the king and thus put a quick end to the whole war in Bohemia,By erasing him from behind!
However, the game also ends abruptly and you get to see a unique death screen:
Japp, Heinrich dies as a martyr and ends Sigismund's rule over Bohemia early. More even, Jan Hus is never executed and the Hussite wars do not break out accordingly. Almost sounds like this end had been the better for many people.
Just not for Heinrich, who loses his own life for this selfless act. An exciting alternative route, but not the end that is intended for the history of Heinrich. That is a whole corner of dramatic.
More about Kingdom Come 2
Even if Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 allows many different approaches in his side quests and solutions, the main story is largely stringent. So you cannot bring about big deviations here without a game over waiting as in this case. Would you have wished for a little more freedom with the story? Write it in the comments!
