Emojis are undeniably popular and Apple regularly ensures new faces, symbols, flags and much more with its iPhone updates.come to the iPhone eight new emojis:

- Flag from Sark
After installing iOS 18.4, the new emojis are available to you via the screen keyboard as usual.
iOS 18.4: more emojis with genoji
At the WWDC 2024, Apple has announced a tool with Genoji with which you can create your own emojis. The function comes on the iPhone with iOS 18.4, but only on compatible models.
To do this, you need at least one iPhone 15 per or iPhone 15 per max or newer. Older devices have no access to the functions under Apple Intelligence.
If you have installed the latest iPhone version, you must first activate Apple Intelligence in the settings:
- Opens the settings on the iPhone
- Switch to "Apple Intelligence & Siri".
- Sets the hook for "Apple Intelligence"
The process can take a few minutes and the device must be connected to a socket. Then you can call GENMOJI via the screen keyboard. Instructions for Genoji can be found in the following article:
The next Apple's next developer conference will take place on June 9th. On this date we will probably be able to take a first look at iOS 19, which should receive a large design update. So far there are only a few details about the big update, but expectations are high.
After all, we probably have to wait longer for the revised Siri, which was also announced on the WWDC 2024 and should actually be part of iOS 18.4.
