Admittedly, the AMD Ryzen 9 9900x3d stands on a larger and smaller siblings on some shaky legs. With just under € 100 less than the 16-core Ryzen 9 9950x3D, a general recommendation cannot be pronounced.
However, the Ryzen 7 9800x3d Wacker holds its price level - no wonder, with such a high demand - and also the very large, i.e. the 9950x3d, is not blessed with great discounts.Different to the 9900x3d!
